From the weed of death to word of life

Taj Pacleb was a young man who was destroying his mind and wasting his life on the empty pleasures of this world. Until that day he heard about the God who loves, satisfies, and empowers. He would never be the same again! God would then take him on an incredible journey of faith, preaching the Revelation of Hope to thousands around the world. His story uplifts the God of restoration and will inspire you with a renewed hope for your loved ones who are lost. It will encourage you to never give up on people no matter how hopeless their case may be and to trust in the God that is able to resurrect a mighty army for His glory from the dry broken bones of our lives!

The Perils of Emptiness

“If I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world.” – C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity

Deeply implanted within human nature is an Eternal Space, a space that can only be filled by One who is Eternal in nature. In all of our hearts there pulsates an inexpressible longing for something more than the momentary stimulation of sin. The demons of restlessness drive us to search incessantly for fulfillment in the dry, parched plains of the world, and yet all the while, rest and relief has always been within our reach! For standing right outside the door of our hearts is the Eternal One, knocking, seeking entrance. He longs for us to be satisfied in Him. And when we are filled, He is then fulfilled.

The Extravagant Gift

Extravagance: Lacking restraint in the use of resources; costing too much; exceeding what is reasonable or appropriate to the point of absurdity.

What a fitting word describing all that humanity has received in the Gift of the Only Begotten One. The mysterious beauty of His metamorphosis evokes questions from our hearts: What exactly was laid aside in the incarnation of Christ? Why was the Creator compelled to recreate His own existence? How was it possible for the Eternal, Omnipresent God to step into the realm of time and space? What wondrous love is this? Words are inadequate to explain it perfectly. Minds are incapable of comprehending it thoroughly. But our hearts are not too sinful to experience it extravagantly!

The Potter’s Work

“When I look at myself, I don’t see how I can be saved. But when I look at Jesus I don’t see how I can be lost.”—unknown

Who is God to us? He is our Compassionate Creator, our Merciful Master, our Heavenly Husband, our Faithful Father, our Benevolent Brother, our Selfless Shepherd, and He is our Perfect Potter. He is the One who makes beautiful vessels from the marred, messed up clay of our lives. He does not make junk! He makes perfect vessels of holiness. At times, we are crushed by the condemnation of our own frailties and defects of character. We sometimes wonder, Will I ever be a fit vessel for the Perfect Potter? But as we continue to place our lives in the patience hands of the Divine Potter, day-by-day and moment-by-moment, He will finish the work in us, so that He can finish the work through us! $15
